For SafeTec24, a custom employee and deployment portal was developed to bring duty scheduling, staff administration, document management, time tracking, payroll preparation and communication into one central system.

System scope
  • Digital duty planning with open slots for subcontractors, direct shift creation and automated import of PDF schedules from clients.
  • Recognition of schedule abbreviations, assignment to stored shift times and correct handling of multiple staffing positions per site.
  • Employee and subcontractor management with document checks, deadline control, PDF creation for contracts and termination letters and structured filing directly in each profile.
  • Analysis functions for understaffing, time anomalies, document warnings and operational risks so issues become visible early.

For Just Smartphones, a central admin platform was developed to manage the shop, repair service, customer accounts, invoices, quotations, orders and internal workflows inside one connected system.

System scope
  • Shop management with product creation, editing, duplication and deletion, plus categories, stock levels, prices, delivery times, VAT, product details, images, galleries and a featured monthly offer preview.
  • Customer account management with search, account access, deactivation, deletion and welcome, personal or bulk discounts across the full shop, selected categories or specific products.
  • Order and document management with statuses, customer data, order type, line items, invoices, PDF output, resend functions, archive and restore logic and direct quotation-to-invoice conversion.
  • Repair operations with jobs, device and fault details, prepayments, internal notes, customer status messages, follow-up jobs, history, pickup slips, central repair price management and internal timesheet handling.
